GD+I: Interaction Design, Fall 2020
A selection of student projects made in Professor Khalili’s Interaction Design course in Fall 2020.
Ad Council Integrated Campaign
Learners were tasked with researching a current lesser-known law, and in the nature of the Ad Council, these designers created a cohesive and consistent integrated campaign spanning outdoor advertising, a desktop website and fully responsive mobile site. This project was paired with a visiting lecture from the Lead Designer at Zappos.com, Alex Mera (Las Vegas, NV).
Local Midlands Non-Profit Redesign Project
Learners worked in small teams to research, then prototype, test, and redesign the website for a currently active non-profit local to the Midlands. Non profits ranged and students had to research their target users needs from the site based on what the non-profit provides. This project was paired with a visiting lecture from UX designer, founder and partner at True Matter UX, Dean Schuster (Columbia, SC)
