Meaghan Dee

Meaghan Dee is both a practicing graphic designer and a design educator. Her work has received national and international acclaim by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA), Graphic Design U.S.A., Graphis, Hiii Typography, HOW Magazine, Indigo Design Awards, Print Magazine, the United Design Alliance, and the University & College Designers Association (UCDA).

Currently, Meaghan serves as Chair for the Graphic Design program at Virginia Tech and on the AIGA National Design Educators Community Executive Board. In August of 2019, she will begin as co-chair of the AIGA DEC. Meaghan has worked professionally as a designer for the Architecture and Design firm, Marnell Companies, where she worked with Architects, Interior Designers, and Industrial Designers on large-scale resorts. Her specializations reside in branding, typography, user-experience design, editorial design, and packaging.
